G4 Racing is pleased to announce the signing of Jules Roussel as its first confirmed driver for the 2026 season, where he will compete in Formula Regional Middle East Trophy (FRMET).

Roussel joins G4 Racing following an exceptional 2025 campaign as part of the FFSA Academy, where he established himself as one of the most complete and competitive drivers of his generation. His season culminated with a landmark victory at the FIA F4 World Cup in Macau, confirming his ability to perform under maximum pressure on one of the most demanding circuits in world motorsport.

The 2026 FRMET season will mark the debut of the new-generation Formula Regional car (F3R Gen2), with the opening event scheduled in Abu Dhabi. The introduction of this new chassis represents a reset across the grid, offering an ideal platform for emerging talent while maintaining the championship’s traditionally high level of competitiveness.

Jules Roussel commented:

“I’m very happy and proud to join the G4 team for the FRMET. It’s an amazing opportunity to work with such a professional and motivated team. FRMET is a highly competitive championship, and I’m excited to take on this challenge, keep improving race after race, and give my maximum with the team. Thank you to G4 for the trust — can’t wait to get started 💪🏁”

Adrián Muñoz, Sporting and Technical Manager of G4 Racing, added:

“I’m delighted to confirm Jules as our first driver for the new FRMET project. With the introduction of the F3R Gen2 car, we continue growing in the category. Jules is an outstanding talent from the FFSA Academy who showed his speed, racecraft and maturity during a fantastic 2025 season, culminating with his victory at the FIA F4 World Cup in Macau. With the new generation of cars, all drivers will face the same learning curve at Abu Dhabi, but as always, FRMET will feature a grid full of talent, producing exciting races as in previous seasons. The future is now.”

This announcement marks the first step of G4 Racing’s driver line-up for the 2026 season, reinforcing the team’s commitment to developing top-level young talent across the Formula Regional ladder.
